We're not going to sugarcoat it — Colorado is rough on anything that lives outside. Hail, wild temperature swings, brutal UV at altitude, and enough wind to ruin your day. Watts is rated IP65, which means it's fully sealed against dust and water jets from any direction. Sealed well enough that you can pressure wash your siding right next to the track without worrying about it.
On top of that, each bulb only draws 0.72 watts at full brightness. Watts actually claims most homes use less electricity running their lights for an entire year than a single traditional pot light bulb. Whether you're watching your bill closely or not, that's a pretty wild stat. The LEDs are rated for 50,000 hours — so realistically, you're not thinking about replacing anything for decades.

A Few Things People Always Ask Us
Will my HOA lose their mind? Probably not. The track blends into your trim and the lights sit inside it, so during the day the system is basically invisible. Still worth checking your covenants before we schedule anything.
Does it work on my roof style? Yes — we've done it on single-story ranch homes, two-story Colonials, complex rooflines with dormers and gables, shopping centers, warehouses, you name it. We'll map the whole thing out when we come by for your quote.
Do I have to do anything to maintain it? Nope. Wipe the track down if you feel like it. Keep the app updated. That's genuinely it.
Can I mess with the wiring myself? Don't. Watts is pretty clear that unauthorized modifications void the warranty. We'll always be available if something needs attention.
